i believe this fixes our last major outstanding bug with gnutls. my
initial analysis of jur's problem was way off.

i spent the evening doing testing on another domain that i found with the
same issue. i found that the problem was that the remote server wasn't
sending enough diffie-hellman bits to please connio (1024). i lowered the
required value to 512 and that should do it.

seems to think that 512 is what ossl uses by default. 520 is what this
server was sending me.

i'm betting this fixes jur's problem sending to sweden.

I think this plus the installation directory stuff I've worked with
Lance on is probably a good enough excuse to do 0.6.1 some point soon.
